The games “Qaboom” and “Quantum Quest” were developed to communicate mathematical concepts related to quantum computing in a playful and accessible way. The two games, a skill-based challenge and a puzzle game, were built as classic arcade machines. Both exhibits were created as part of the “Quantum Aktiv” project.

The games were developed by IMAGINARY in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences (MPI MiS), while the IWM Tübingen is responsible for the project evaluation. The project is funded and supported by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space.
