We invite you to take part with your picture in the 10-day competition for the coolest surface made with the program SURFER.
Take a walk through the gallery of surfaces, transform them by changing the formula, or enter a new formula and, by rotating, zooming and changing parameters, admire the resulting surface from all perspetives and aspects.

One of the purposes of the project IMAGINARY is to encourage exploration of mathematical surfaces, the links between the formula and its image.

Send the image(s) and formula(s), your name, surname and age to mathema@imaginary.org until March 22, 2015.
There is no restriction to participation.
The evaluation committee consists of members of the project IMAGINARY open mathematics and university professors from Ljubljana.
The results anouncement of the competition will be released on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 2 pm at Krakovski nasip in Ljubljana.
The winning image will be on display at the upcoming exhibition IMAGINARY and will be published on the website www. mathema.si.
