Quantum Quest permanently at Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum Paderborn
From May. 20, 2026

Submitted by

In the new permanent exhibition, “Quantum Computers – Next-Generation Supercomputers”, the adventure game Quantum Quest is on permanent display.

The Heinz Nixdorf MuseumForum is the first museum in Germany to dedicate a permanent exhibition area to quantum computing, exploring how quantum computers could transform the future of computing. The exhibition explains key quantum principles through interactive experiences, which help visitors understand concepts such as superposition and entanglement.

In Quantum Quest, players can explore qubits through playful, interactive challenges.

Quantum Quest, together with the game Qaboom, was developed by IMAGINARY in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences (MPI MiS), supported by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space.
