The games “Qaboom” and “Quantum Quest” were developed to communicate mathematical concepts of quantum computing in a playful way. The two games, a skill-based challenge and a puzzle game, were built as classic arcade machines. Both exhibits were created within the project “Quantum Aktiv”.

The games were developed by IMAGINARY in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences (MPI MiS), the IWM Tübingen is taking care of the project evaluation. The project is funded and supported by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space.
