From over 80 submitted films, among them Epita-Dodecahedron by the IMAGINARY-user Renate Quehenberger, the curators Sabine Groschup, Karoline Riha, MUZAK, and Adnan Popovic have selected 39 animation films of a total duration of  3 h 20 min and divided them into three competion programs.

The chosen works show an enormous variety possible in the field of animation ranging between enormous contrasts.

From experimental to narrative, from commercial to radically artistic, from animated cartoon to 3D computer animation, from avant-garde film to music video, from film students to estabished artists.
