Snapshots are short texts on aspects of modern mathematics written by researchers visiting the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach. EUHFORIA: modeling the dangers of the sun

The Earth’s magnetic field is protecting us from the dangers from outside. However, once in a while, it is possible that a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) launched from our Sun, has a large impact at Earth.
