"Math out of the Box" on Tour in Opishnia, Ukraine

The traveling exhibition “Math out of the Box” aims to foster a love for mathematics among students, families, and educators, making the subject engaging, accessible, and fun.
In collaboration with the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (JASU), IMAGINARY co-created this exhibition. IMAGINARY provided training and shared its expertise in the design and development of interactive mathematics exhibits.
The exhibition features 13 exhibits designed to reach audiences (mainly schoolchildren and their teachers) across Ukraine. In total, the exhibition will tour 10 cities, with outreach events accompanying each stop. Additionally, a comprehensive set of open educational and methodological resources has been developed to support the use of the exhibits as learning tools.
The project is supported by Ecsite (the European Network of Science Centres and Museums) and the Simons Foundation.
